I suffer with high levels of pain but usually start with half the capsule and to let it melt (sublingual). And then wait for 15 minutes and take it from there, depending on the pain, squirt the rest of the capsule under the tongue if the pain is still high. The best natural anti inflammatory healer for me so far.
